To recover from the hard work of 28 years, it has been recommended for me to start long cardio: 90 minutes to 3 hours of sustained cardio work outs. I have been doing 60 minutes of elliptical and hour plus of yard work a day, but I will push harder.

I did 110 minutes of long cardio yesterday and 127 minutes today.
