In the freeway, leaving downtown, a woman dropped her phone in the fast lane while driving. She called dispatch asking for an officer to stop traffic during rush hour to retrieve it.

Ugh, typo in the last post. "Could" should be "couldn't" ...that's what I get for using the cell phone
