Bottleneck

 

Per the Brass, the state police academy is out of money and will shut down from November through March. With large personnel shortages and hiring surges,  law enforcement agencies are trying to pressure the governor to find funding to keep the academy open.

Hmmm…out of money because they’ve been pushing so many classes through? Or out of money because…politics?
