15% said they were planning on leaving in the next year.
36% said they plan to work for the department until retirement.
70% of the officers, detectives and sergeants said they did not feel supported by leadership.
98% said the city government lacks an understanding of the challenges involved with everyday policing.
90% said they city government has made the work of the department more difficult over the last year or two.
