I think one reason I love the surf is that it engages all the senses. Sight, smell, hearing, touch, even taste. Such a beautiful place to be.

When I was stationed in Centerville beach Ca,
I used to go down to the beach at night and close my eyes and just listen to the pounding surf and fall asleep. Some of the most restful sleep I ever had in my life.
