For Winter Qual, I shot a 96.8. I threw two 3's and two 4's with my left hand, so not a bad round. It's the last qual of it's kind. The department is going to a pass fail mode with more emphasis with shorter range shots.

Well done! On the other end of the spectrum, I'm shooting a .22 plate match this afternoon.

Pass/fail? Does the slide never end?

@ Fritz,
It is a tort issue. Suing lawyers pull firearms records and then argue the officer is a liability because he only sots 89.9 on a timed long range weighted course.
Cheers,

Rd,
That sucks. You would think that lawyers would be all about protecting the 'people' but for most of them is seems to be about protecting 'their' right to screw 'the people'.
Too bad that we don't do like the Romans did, and brand false accusers with the letter 'K" on the forehead.

So now the lawyer will argue that the pass/fail line is set to low. Mediocrity for all.

Boyd,
The PC crowd always say things are unfair and then change standards so that a monkey could pass...and then when shit hits the fan they lie and deflect....
