The good employees of the Mega-Burgermart report a stabbing.
On scene, in a booth, a transient is bent over. A large portion of his intestine sprouts from his abdomen and extends down. Fecal matter the consistency of a milk shake is seeping out. There's no blood. He's too drunk to talk ad been in the restaurant a half before the call.
When Fire arrives, they recognize the man. Earlier in the day, he's pulled out his colostomy bag and was sent to the hospital.
He's done it again.
Between calls like this, and festival of lights, great restaurants, antifa protests, does it ever feel that you are dancing in dystopia? It feels very apocalyptic from here.

@ Ralph,
It is all unreal and why I share. Most people live in safe zones. I see the worst and what most would not believe. It is like Blade Runner. I have two years left and then, I am free.
Cheers,

Blade Runner is exactly what came into my mind!

Nothing to say to that except pity and I just don't know what to say.
