Clearly, the bar for passing background checks is too high (!)

Or far too many people don't realize their pasts can bite them in the future.

I did a background check for a 911 center for an IT position. The questions they ask for those background checks are nuts. I thought I lived a fairly innocent life, but good golly, they dug and asked questions no man should be allowed to ask unless you're in cuffs for committing a crime.
