The Chief is running the department
out of West's LT. Office.
She has spent a week at East.
In my 23 years, a chief has never
operated out of the ground floor.

@ Fritz,
The Chief is an outsider. Her intent is to learn how the precincts work on a day to day basis. That is hard to do in the 15th floor of HQ. I applaud the effort.
