Spider bite: An MERSA infection caused by using dirty needles.
A term used by addicts to describe the source of their injections and abscess.
It is never true.
Usage:
Do you have any injuries?
"Yes on my right arm."
What is it?
A spider bite.
How big is it?
He shows me.
It's a red mound with a pussy head
the size of a racquet ball,
cut in half.
Nightmare.
My own body does that to me. No MRSA required. My white blood cells attack my own flesh.
I was going to be a part of a clinical trial to try to find a new treatment for this autoimmune disease, but it inconveniently went into remission.
I can't complain too much because I'm not in pain from it at the moment, but I was hoping for a treatment that might work, since it'll be back.
Antibiotic resistant bacteria is scary stuff. :/ Because my immune system is messed up, I'm pretty worried about things like that, too.
