In the lower end of the Alphabet District, someone has stenciled the word, "snitching," to the stop signs.

Down here around the People's Republic of Berkeley, the word that gets stencilled on is "driving."
I suspect, but cannot confirm, that this is done by bicyclists who routinely blow through said stop signs.

Well, I guess we can figure that this person/s didn't finish high school. Probably never had a real job either.

That is not uncommon on the inner eastside of my town.

In this town, they probably went to college and are trying to help liberate the "oppressed."
