he was not a criminal, he's just angry.

New Tech

 

Department issued West's officers iPhone 6Ss last week.

They replace the Nextel flip phones issued in 2009.

The phones that were supposed to have been issued to us in 2008.

 

With the applications on the phone,

I can check my court and an e-mail from home. 

 

I would have been happy with a iPhone 4.

Per the Brass, with fifteen to thirty calls holding at any given time at West and the other precincts not doing much better, A Shift is overloaded. B shift is being cut and folded into A Shift city-wide. 25 Officers  and two sergeants from Service and Investigative Units with be added to A and D Shifts and divided into all the precincts.

At jail, after dropping off my second pinch of the night,

I told deputies that since my vacation ended a week ago,

I was a glass half full kind of guy.

 

One of female deputies said,
