Snake Handler? You're not talking about 864 are you? If it's the guy I'm thinking of, who will keep the west hills safe? I don't want to put his name out there, but he was always one of my favorites...

Yes, in deed. We retired his number.
We had to call him back the other day to handle a rattlesnake call.

I was going to ask if they would retire his number! That's awesome. I have a lot of great memories of working with him when I was a tow driver. Mostly the month they told district officers they needed to start writing parking tickets. That was a good month... He knew every zoo-bomber, transient, resident, and house up there. He could tell you what doors were prone to set off alarms in high wind. I hope he sticks around town to help you guys out with reptile calls. Thanks for posting and letting us know about him!
