Yes, a few of the traffic cars have them, but none of the patrols car do.

we have a couple, mainly set up in traffic units.

Ah! Thanks for clearing up my confusion - I wasn't making a distinction between traffic and patrol cars. (It actually hadn't occurred to me that cars would be exclusively assigned to one purpose or the other.)

Each division in our department has their own cars, thus there are patrol cars, traffic cars, gang cars, school police cars, and transit cars...
