Jack’s on paper.

He beat up Mel.

Its a bench probation:

No contact, No alcohol,

No PO....

I found him passed out

on a sidewalk off the Breakers.

Per LEDS, he’s absconding.

I call the County.

There’s no warrant, 

so I cuff him,

and take him to the tank.

The victim didn’t show.

 

I told the DDA he won’t.

 

The protection order was vacated
