I took this photo in the basement of the parking garage across the street from the precinct. The city owns the building, but only uses a few floors of the garage for city departments. The rest open to the public at a reasonable hourly rate. The north end of the basement holds half of the West cars. The basement is dark and minimally light with green-hued fluorescent bulbs. Parking is tight. You have to park the prowler in backwards. Otherwise, it won't fit. There is a garbage can and shelving for my raid bag within 10 feet of my trunk, so I no longer have to haul my gear very far.

I love the way the lights mirrored off the top of the car. Very cool.
