Half Full

An Assistant Chief came to roll call
to explain the proposed re-organization.
According to him, next year maybe worse.
If we have to take another round of 5% cuts,
the department will cut all programs 
other than detectives and response to 911 calls.

One Sergeant stated, "So the re-organization is really a best case scenario."

The Chief responded, "Sadly, yes."
