I don't get a lot of paper bags these days, because I
carry those handy dandy reusable cloth bags.
Not only are they environmentally friendly, but they
are easier on my carpal tunnel.
So when I need paperbags for projects at school,
I actually make a point of leaving my reusable bags at home. I should note, that not everyone at my house is a fan of reusable bags.
This morning, when I finished unloading the groceries,
and I went to fold the bag and put it away,
I found our household paper bag fanatic.
Mr Fuzzypants loves a paper bag. Big, small, gusseted,
flat, handled, brown, white, or patterned. They are
foe, friend, hideout, and sleeping place.
He will empty them, if they are occupied.
I watched him pull magazines one by one out of a
little paper tote last week, so that he could first occupy and then destroy the bag.
I've been amassing a small collection of paperbags in the pantry. I don't know how to break it to him, that they are all going to school on Monday.
Poor boy.
