I've been very good so far.
But in my household, we know this won't last long.
I'm in the in between spot.
I'm waiting for my new fabric to arrive so I can start sewing the GenCon bags. Yesterday I virtuously cleaned before diving into the absorbing waters of Project Land, and I provided my family with a hot lunch AND dinner.
This will not last.
Once the fabric arrives, I will be lost to all goodness.
The children have been warned. Big E is already too familiar with my foibles. The box will come, and I will disappear into the focus of the Project. Meals will become lame afterthoughts. (Come on, cereal is a great dinner choice! Sure you can have cheese and crackers for lunch and dinner.) The clutter will roam free without any attention from me, the laundry will stack, and the dust bunnies will have a holiday. All of my thoughts will be consumed with getting this done. Luckily, it will only last about a week. (That's about all the time I have, anyway.)
I've got to go. I've promised muffins, and the Box should come today.
