Dear RD,
I guess more ice interspersed with Epsom salts for your ankle. I don't know what would be specific remedy for the rest.

I wish those officers who were attacked a speedy recovery and some arnica for their bruised spirits.

And for the officers who have been turned into a cause that doesn't describe them, I wish relief and happiness to them too.

Very sincerely,
Ann T.

@ Ann,

My ankle fared well. My calves and thighs did not like the double time and standing on skirmish lines for over five hours last night.

The injured officers will be okay.

One of our horses was stabbed with and umbrella tip. I'm surprised the offended didn't get kicked.

Cheers,
RD

Dear RD,
Yeah, kicking.

Thanks for the further update.

A not-really-bloodthirsty
Ann T.

I don't think I'll ever understand people protesting violence by being violent.
